Kristin has over 20 years experience in administration, development, fundraising, marketing, communications, and design management in the field of arts and culture. She is a creative soul with a strategic mind that can generate ideas and cast vision, as well as break them down into achievable steps towards long-term goals. She is extremely outgoing, resourceful, dedicated, detail-oriented, and has a deep passion for mission-based work. Kristin nerds out on strategic planning and gets super energized working with clients to help them fulfill their dreams. She specializes in creating brands that reflect the true heart of an organization or campaign. Storytelling is her forte. She is a firm believer that the message is in the medium. She weaves a compelling narrative of mission and vision through dynamic images, writing, and presentations that resonate with people and inspire them to give their support or become a patron of the arts.

Jon McNeill

Jon is a cultural translator, combining a background in anthropological filmmaking with over 15 years experience consulting for Fortune 500 companies and non-profits. Jon’s toolkit and experiences are instrumental in his branding work with non-profits, as he works to reduce experiential and emotional distances between organizations and the people they serve. His work has been featured in Parenting Magazine, Business Insider, and the Washington Post. He is driven by curiosity about the human condition and grounded by his beliefs. Jon lives for projects that have the potential to surprise him and is passionate about new adventures. He gets a thrill when he discovers patterns in unlikely places, strives for simplicity, and aims to pierce through the distractions of daily life to communicate beauty and truth.


Andria Robbins

Andria is an innovator and visionary that is able to wear many hats. She is passionate about mentoring and coaching people, while helping them actualize their dreams. Andria has over 20 years of demonstrated success in Business Management. Awarded for top performance results, as a customer-oriented coach with strong history of leading high-performance teams. She’s dedicated and hardworking with internal drive to deliver excellence. As a gallery owner and curator, she honed her skills and knowledge in launching artists’ careers, connecting them with collectors and key industry leaders. Referred to as tastemaker for her ability to identify and set trends. Known as a tactical team builder with strong background in training and team development. She’s firm believer in finding innovative ways to work smarter, not harder.


Madeleine Philbrook

Madeleine is a video producer and graphic/web designer. With a B.A. in Digital Technology and Culture from Washington State University Vancouver and a highly competitive video editor internship at Sony Playstation under her belt, she has over five years of experience specializing in crafting stories for local talent, brands, and nonprofits. She is a diligent and devoted artist with a passion for digital storytelling in all of its forms. Madeleine especially believes in the power of video and it’s vivid, effective and engaging qualities; aspects that she channels into each and every production that she is a part of. When she isn’t working with clients, Madeleine produces independent documentaries and coordinates a number of music video contests across the Northwest.
